I came into a bar and went upstairs. To the end of the room there was a table with a group of men, and there was a glass door to the outside. I wanted to see the terrace, but it was too much hassle moving the group to get outside, so I was about to give up. But then another person wanted to do the same as me, and asked them to move, then moved a coat hanger and a table to get through. Before closing the door behind him, he put the coat hanger and table in their former place. Since the table was no longer obstructing the door, only objects, I thought I might as well go outside too.

So I moved the objects and thought about putting them back in their place like the guy ahead of me, but I thought it unnecessary. I went outside and felt a warm sun. Somebody behind me tousled my hair, and when I turned back I saw it was the waitress. "beautiful day, isn't it? I can't believe it is winter", she said. "Yes, at first I thought you were going to tell me I wasn't allowed up here, but I'm glad that wasn't the case. She told me to sit down with her friends.

I sat next to a blonde and was coy, waiting to enter the conversation at the first chance. Another waitress came along and was taking our order. The other waitress wanted a specific beer that they didn't have, and was discussing with her possible alternatives. I didn't know what I wanted, so I asked for a local beer, what people drank here "eeeehhh, that would be x, but I wouldn't recommend that", she said. I understood I was in the states, because Miller Lite was another option. I begun to worry because I had no idea how much the beers were, or how expensive was this place.

They said they would bring a plate of fruit, and everybody cheered. Soon the waitress came back with several plates of old wrinkly grapes, and nobody seemed to mind because they gorged on them. I looked at the blonde, she was attractive, but I didn't know what to say to her. Then the men in the group left, and since we were sitting in three small tables we decided to rearrange things so that we would be more comfortable.

We did it between the waitress who played with my hair and myself. The waitress suggested putting a kids seat next to the table. "but why?" I asked. "we can use the surface as a second table to put our beers, and use the table for food". I thought the idea was genius.
